Scope

This document stipulates the classification of safety inspection work, the establishment of safety inspection posts and the requirements for the deployment of safety inspection personnel in the civil aviation field. This document applies to the design of safety inspection posts, the calculation and deployment management of the number of safety inspection personnel of civil aviation safety inspection agencies. Newly constructed airports can carry out related work in accordance with the target annual passenger throughput and in combination with this document. Note: Outside the scope of this document, if civil aviation units need to add civil aviation safety inspection posts or reduce the average working hours per capita due to special reasons such as working environment and safety requirements (such as high plateau or high risk), they shall calculate and deploy personnel on their own.
