Analysis of key technical indicators

Dust removal efficiency classification requirements

The standard stipulates that the total dust efficiency of wet Venturi dust collector is ≥99%, and the respirable dust efficiency is ≥85%, which is 15% and 25% higher than that of dry equipment respectively. A coal mine application case shows that after the upgrade, the dust concentration of the working surface has dropped from 120mg/m³ to 8mg/m³.

Implementation suggestions

  1. The MT/T 1108 certification documents of plastic impellers should be checked during procurement
  2. Inspect the insulation resistance of the motor windings (≥50MΩ) every month
  3. The mesh size of the air inlet protection net should be maintained at ≤30mm
