Introduction

Background of Standard Technology Evolution

As an upgraded version of MT188-1988, this standard has made three major innovations: power range expansion to meet the needs of modern coal mining; test method improvement with new durability test requirements; efficiency index improvement with a 2% increase in the volumetric efficiency requirement for high-pressure pumps. The 2000 version split the original standard into 5 independent parts to form a more professional standard system.

Analysis of key technical requirements

1. Materials and manufacturing

Core components such as crankshafts and pump heads must undergo non-destructive testing; gear accuracy must not be lower than level 7 of GB10095; the housing pressure test requires 1.5 times the working pressure to be maintained for 3 minutes.

2. Performance indicators

  • BRW 200/31.5 type Typical parameters: flow rate 200L/min, pressure 31.5MPa
  • Durability test 500 hours, leakage ≤0.5kg/h
  • Overload capacity: 1.25 times nominal pressure cycle test

Typical test process

  1. No-load running-in: ≥30 minutes, check for abnormal noise and leakage
  2. Graded loading: 25%-50%-75%-100% pressure step test
  3. Noise measurement: 1m distance four-point averaging method
  4. Durability verification: 500 hours of continuous operation monitoring

Note: Flow measurement must be guaranteed for more than 20 seconds, and the pressure gauge range should be 1/2-2/3


Implementation suggestions

Manufacturing process

It is recommended to use a digital assembly torque control system to ensure the tightening accuracy of key connectors such as connecting rod bolts, and a vibration analyzer to assist in coupling alignment and debugging.

Maintenance points

  • Replace lubricating oil every 150 hours
  • Regularly check the wear of the plunger seal
  • Re-seal if stored for more than 9 months
