Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, structural types and dimensions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of scrapers (hereinafter referred to as scrapers) used in double-chain scraper conveyors. This standard applies to scrapers used in medium-double chain scraper conveyors, and also applies to scrapers common to medium-double-chain scraper transfer machines.
