Scope
This standard specifies the inspection items, inspection methods, sampling plans and judgment rules for mining scraper conveyor drive sprockets (referred to as sprockets) based on the requirements in the MT 231 standard. This standard applies to the drive sprockets of scraper conveyors, plows and drum shearers in coal mines.
