本标准规定了煤矿井下用紧急制动装置(以下简称制动装置)的型式、基本参数、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则及标志、包装、运输和贮存。
本标准适用于煤矿井下钢丝绳牵引卡轨车;防爆低污染柴油机、防爆特殊型蓄电池驱动的卡轨车及胶套轮机车，也适用于钢丝绳、防爆低污染柴油机、防爆蓄电池驱动的单轨吊车。

Scope

This standard specifies the type, basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of emergency braking devices for underground coal mines (hereinafter referred to as braking devices). This standard applies to underground wire rope traction truck rail cars in coal mines; explosion-proof low-pollution diesel engines, explosion-proof special battery-driven truck rail cars and rubber-coated wheel locomotives. It also applies to wire ropes, explosion-proof low-pollution diesel engines, and explosion-proof battery-driven monorail cranes.
