Scope

This standard specifies methods for determining the oxidative stability of biodiesel and its blended fuels as diesel engine fuel. This standard applies to biodiesel (fatty acid methyl ester, FAME) and petroleum-based diesel blended fuels containing FAME with a volume fraction of not less than 2%.
