Introduction
Analysis of the Standard Core Framework
| Technical Module | Traditional Inspection | Requirements for Intelligent Inspection |
|---|---|---|
| Data Collection | Manual Recording | Multi-Sensor Fusion (Infrared/UV/Vibration) |
| Defect Identification | Experience Judgment | AI Image Recognition + Expert System |
| Decision Support | Paper Report | Big Data Analysis + Predictive Maintenance |
Key technology implementation requirements
Clause 6.2.1 clearly requires that the inspection system must integrate intelligent drones, inspection robots and other equipment, and have the following:
- Multimodal perception (infrared temperature measurement accuracy ±2℃)
- Anti-interference transmission (WiFi6/5G dual-channel)
- Automatic recognition rate ≥98%
Typical application scenarios
Appendix A of the standard details the intelligent inspection specifications for 13 types of equipment, taking transformers as an example:
| Monitoring items | Technical means | Threshold standard |
|---|---|---|
| Oil temperature | Infrared imaging | ≤85℃ (alarm value) |
| Partial discharge | UHF detection | ≤20dB |
Implementation suggestions
- Phase-based deployment: priority for key equipment (generator units/booster stations)
- Data governance: Establish a unified equipment coding system
- Staff training: Power + AI skills are required
Note: This standard has technical connection requirements with DL/T 1637, GB 51096, etc.
