Introduction
Standard Framework and Technology Evolution
As the first special standard for the cleanliness of the water vapor circuit of a DC evaporator nuclear power unit in my country, this specification fills the gap in the cleanliness control standard system during the nuclear power construction phase. The standard compilation integrates the dual technical logic of GB/T 12145 water vapor quality requirements and NB/T 20233 nuclear island equipment cleanliness requirements.

According to the requirements of JB/T 4058 and NB/T20001, implement the following for equipment such as high-voltage heater:
- Welding residue control (≤50mg/m²)
- Grease content detection (≤100mg/m²)
- Packaging sealing level (in line with JB/T 4711 Class B)

- Establish a cleanliness evaluation matrix based on DL/T 5764
- Use the staged pressure increase method (0.5MPa→2.5MPa step increase) when flushing the secondary side of the steam generator
- The selection of chemical cleaning agents should comply with the special requirements for austenitic steel protection in DL/T 794
