Scope

This part specifies the technical requirements for manufacturing, chemical composition, mechanical properties, testing and inspection of titanium plates with a thickness of less than or equal to 1.5mm. This section applies to deep-drawing titanium plates with a maximum thickness of 1.5mm for 3-stage plate heat exchangers in pressurized water reactor nuclear power plants.
