Scope

This standard specifies the management requirements for the entire process of preparation, optimization and control of construction plans during the construction phase of nuclear power projects. The management of construction plans includes: hierarchical management of construction plans, preparation, optimization and control of construction plans, construction plan release management, and information management of construction plans. This standard applies to the management of project construction plans by owners, general contractors, and construction contractors in nuclear power construction. When the management party is inconsis ent with the above three levels, the relevant provis ons of this standard shall be referred to.
