Scope

This standard specifies the fire protection management requirements during the construction phase of nuclear power projects. This standard applies to the fire prevention management of civil construction and installation activities during the construction phase of nuclear power projects; the fire prevention management during the commis ioning, start-up and operation phases of nuclear power plants, and implements other relevant national regulations.
