Scope

This standard specifies the selection of sampling locations, sampling system design and quality assurance requirements for airborne radioactive materials in nuclear power plant chimneys. This standard is applicable to the sampling of airborne radioactive materials in the chimney under normal operating conditions and design basis conditions of nuclear power plants.
