Scope

This standard specifies the format, content and depth of environmental impact assessment reports for various types of new land-based fixed commercial nuclear power plants in the preliminary feasibility study stage (including site selection). This standard applies to the preparation of environmental impact assessment reports during the siting stage of nuclear power plants.
