Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions of self-limiting temperature heating tapes for solar thermal utilization, product structure, identification and classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage, etc. This standard is applicable to solar heat utilization self-limiting temperature electric tapes for heating or heat tracing, which are made of conductive polymer composite materials with AC and DC operating voltages and have a positive temperature coefficient of resis ivity.
