本标准规定了非杂交低芥酸低硫苷油菜育种家种子、原种、良种种子和杂交低芥酸低硫苷油菜种子的定义、质量指标、检测方法、检验规程、等级判定规则和标志、包装、运输、储存要求。本标准适用于商品经营的低芥酸苷油菜种子，也适用于科研和教学育种单位及种子经营部门按要求繁殖的低芥酸低硫苷油菜种子、生产单位自用的低芥酸低硫苷油菜种子、科研教学育种单位及个人育成并经审定合格的低芥酸低硫苷油菜种子。本标准不适用于非低芥酸低硫苷油菜种子，也不适用于单低（低芥酸或低硫苷）油菜种子和油菜备荒种子。

Scope

This standard applies to commercially sold low-erucic acid and low-sulfuric acid rapeseed seeds, as well as low-erucic acid and low-sulfuric acid rapeseed seeds bred as required by scientific research and teaching breeding units and seed management departments, low-erucic acid and low-sulfuric acid rapeseed seeds for self-use by production units, and low-erucic acid and low-sulfuric acid rapeseed seeds bred by scientific research and teaching breeding units and individuals and approved as qualified. This standard does not apply to non-low-erucic acid and low-sulfuric acid rapeseed seeds, nor does it apply to single-low (low-erucic acid or low-sulfuric acid) rapeseed seeds and rapeseed reserve seeds.
