  4. Environmental control: During drought treatment, the soil moisture content must be strictly controlled at 10±2%

Technology evolution analysis

This standard innovatively establishes a multi-period linkage identification system:
1. PEG-6000 is used to simulate drought during seed germination (instead of the early NaCl solution method)
2. Correction varieties are introduced during the seedling stage to eliminate environmental errors
3. The annual precipitation in the test area is required to be less than 300mm (50mm lower than the 2008 standard) for the entire growth period
