本标准规定了纸与纸板撕裂度仪的产品分类、要求、试验方法、检验规则和标志、包装、运输、贮存。
本标准适用于纸张、纸板及烟草薄片等材料进行撕裂强度试验的爱利门道夫式撕裂度仪。撕裂度仪使用中的周期性校准亦应参照使用。

Scope

This standard specifies the product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and markings, packaging, transportation and storage of paper and cardboard tear testers. This standard is applicable to the Elmendorf tear tester (hereinafter referred to as the "tear tester") for tear strength testing of materials such as paper, cardboard, and tobacco sheets. The periodic calibration of the tear meter should also be used as a reference.
