Scope

This standard specifies the classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of high-density polyethylene monofilament (hereinafter referred to as "monofilament"). This standard applies to monofilaments made of monofilament-grade high-density polyethylene as raw material through extrusion and drawing.
