本标准规定了家用和类似用途电灶的术语和定义、分类、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输、贮存。
本标准适用于在室内使用的单相器具额定电压不超过250V，其他器具额定电压不超过480V的家用和类似用途的电灶的灶台部分。
本标准不适用于电灶的烤箱、烤架、烤盘及类似部分。
本标准不适用于电磁灶。

Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of household and similar electric ranges. This standard applies to the cooktop part of electric ranges for household and similar purposes where the rated voltage of single-phase appliances used indoors does not exceed 250 V and the rated voltage of other appliances does not exceed 480 V. This standard does not apply to ovens, grills, baking sheets and similar parts of electric ranges. This standard does not apply to induction cookers.
