本标准规定了道路运输易燃液体危险货物罐式车辆上安装的呼吸阀的术语和定义、要求、试验方法、检验规则和标志。
本标准适用于运输GB 6944规定的，在50℃时蒸汽压力不大于110kPa(绝对压力)的第三类易燃液体，但不包括其中的液态退敏爆炸品或具有毒害性、腐蚀性介质的道路运输罐式车辆上安装的呼吸阀。
