Analysis of the core content of the standard

QC/T 35-2015 standard integrates two standards of the 1992 version, adds four test requirements such as response characteristics and vibration resistance, and revises 11 technical indicators. It is applicable to six types of air pressure control devices such as foot brake valve and relay valve.

Details of core test methods

1. Static characteristics test

Key parameters include:

  • Initial balance air pressure P40: required to be ≤50kPa (except for foot brake valve)
  • Forward amount ΔP: allowable deviation ±10% theoretical value
  • The curve test requires the use of a 40L air tank, with a pressure increase rate of (100±20)kPa/s

2. Response time test

Example: When testing the relay valve:

  1. Connect the pressure sensor to the data acquisition system
  2. Increase pressure at a rate of ≥2MPa/s
  3. Record the time TX
  4. for the output air pressure to reach 75% of the rated value
  5. Qualification judgment: TX≤0.05s

Problem: Sudden change of static characteristic curve

Countermeasures: Check the wear of the valve core and ensure that the spring preload meets the design requirements
