Technical requirements for core components
Gas storage system
LNG cylinders must meet the following requirements:
- Dual safety valve design (main valve 1.2 times the working pressure / auxiliary valve 1.8 times)
- Liquid level display accuracy requirements: Dual alarm for 100km and 50km driving range
- The pressure relief pipe must be directly connected to the gas phase
Gas supply system
Typical case: Carburetor needs to be completed when the engine consumes the maximum fuel:
- LNG is completely gasified
- Gas temperature is raised to the engine intake requirement
- Indirect heating must be used to utilize the waste heat of exhaust gas
Safety protection system

Implementation suggestions
Key points:
- Pipe connections should preferably use double-tube fittings (when pressure > 2MPa)
- Dissimilar metal connections must be treated with anti-corrosion treatment
- All seals must be calibrated regularly (cycle ≤ 12 months)
- The 2006 version of the design documents must be re-registered after the new standard is implemented
