1 Scope

This standard specifies the test method for bench fatigue of bellcrank specimen of crankshaft for vehicle engine, data processing method and test precision requirements.

This standard is applicable to the following situations: crankshaft fatigue strength evaluation test, new design, alteration of process or material, appraisal of goods supply, sampling inspection of product quality as well as other situations which may cause significant change on fatigue strength.
