本标准适用于与整车配套生产或用于在用车辆改装的、防止车厢内固体运输物扬尘、撒落的，盖体采用金属焊接或铆接刚性结构的顶盖。
本标准不适用于软质苫布等作为密闭顶盖体的顶盖装置。

Scope

This standard specifies the definition, type and basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, instructions for use, packaging, transportation and storage of dump truck closed top covers (referred to as top covers). This standard is applicable to top covers that are manufactured with complete vehicles or used for modification of in-use vehicles to prevent dust and scattering of solid transport objects in the compartment. The cover body adopts a metal welded or riveted rigid structure. This standard does not apply to top cover devices that use soft tarpaulin as the sealed top cover.
