本标准是根据摩托车及轻便摩托车的主要车型对空气滤清器各项技术性能的要求，为确保空气滤清器的技术条件与试验方法的统一，确保检验和试验能够准确判定，参照了有关汽车空气滤清器的行业标准及相关技术文献而编制。
本标准规定了摩托车和轻便摩托车用空气滤清器的要求、试验方法、检验规则及标志、包装、运输与贮存。
本标准适用于排量不大于250ml的摩托车和轻便摩托车用空气滤清器总成。排量250ml以上的摩托车用空气滤清器总成也可参照执行。

Scope

This standard specifies the technical conditions, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of air filters for motorcycles and mopeds (hereinafter referred to as air filters). This standard applies to air filter assemblies for motorcycles and mopeds with a displacement of not more than 250mL. Air filter assemblies for motorcycles with a displacement of 250mL or more can also be implemented by reference.
