Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, product labels, instructions for use, on-board documents and packaging, transportation and storage of telescopic belt conveyors. This standard applies to telescopic belt conveyor vehicles with multi-section booms that are modified from the finalized Class II automobile chassis and are used to transport various types of concrete and other bulk materials.
