Scope
This standard specifies the terminology, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, markings and instructions for use, on-board documents, transportation and storage of snow plows. This standard applies to snow removal vehicles and snow removal semi-trailers that are mainly used to remove snow on urban roads, highways, and airport roads using a completed vehicle or a Class II chassis
