Scope

This standard specifies the type, size and technical conditions of sealing plugs. This standard applies to automotive sealing plugs with a sealing hole diameter of 4mm to 20mm and a sealing pressure not greater than 20MPa. The sealing plugs specified in this standard are suitable for automobile air and hydraulic systems. Applicable body materials are aluminum alloy, cast iron and steel.
