本标准规定了燃气汽车专用手动截止阀的定义、结构要求、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输及贮存。
本标准适用于额定工作压力不大于20MPa(本标准所述压力均指表压)、环境温度为-40℃～+85℃、工作介质符合GB 18047要求的汽车用压缩天然气截止阀及额定工作压力不大于2.2MPa、环境温度为-40℃～+85℃、工作介质符合GB 19159要求的汽车用液化石油气截止阀。

Scope

This standard specifies the definition, structural requirements, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of special manual stop valves for gas vehicles (hereinafter referred to as stop valves). This standard is applicable to automotive compressed natural gas stop valves (hereinafter referred to as CNG) whose rated working pressure is not greater than 20MPa (the pressures mentioned in this standard refer to gauge pressure), the ambient temperature is -40℃ ~ +85℃, and the working medium meets the requirements of GB 18047. stop valve) and automotive liquefied petroleum gas stop valves (hereinafter referred to as LPG stop valves) with a rated working pressure not greater than 2.2MPa, an ambient temperature of -40°C ~ +85°C, and a working medium that meets the requirements of GB 19159.
