Scope

This standard is applicable to the X-ray real-time imaging inspection of butt and lap welds of steel solid rocket engine combustion chamber shells with a base material thickness of no more than 6mm. It can be used as a reference for the X-ray real-time imaging inspection of butt and camber welds of solid rocket engine combustion chamber shells and wall-dropping non-enclosed welded parts made of other metals.
