Analysis of key inspection technologies

Gun system inspection

Barrel inspection requirements include: outer surface pit depth ≤ Appendix A limit, curvature ≤ straightness gauge standard, chamber growth ≤ 22mm. Focus on using the barrel tester to perform three-dimensional scanning of the inner bore, which can simultaneously detect:

  • Rifling wear
  • Chamber volume change
  • Metal fatigue cracks

Automation transformation detection

Added 12 electrical tests such as electromagnets and control systems:

  1. Grounding resistance ≤100Ω
  2. Insulation resistance ≥0.5MΩ
  3. Azimuth error ≤0.8°
