The registration number is a 10-digit number with the following structure:
- The first two digits: Provincial administrative division code (GB/T 2260)
- The third to sixth digits: the year of registration
- The seventh to tenth digits: the sequential number
Example: 4420160001 means the first registered unit in Guangdong Province in 2016
