As the first special standard for spare parts circulation in my country's automotive aftermarket, SB/T 11241-2024 has constructed a technical system consisting of 14 core chapters. Compared with basic specifications such as GB/T 36684, this standard innovatively proposes:

Key points for implementation of key clauses
4.3.1 Accessory qualification documents
The standard requires that circulating accessories must be equipped with 7 types of certification documents, of which traceability QR code and applicable vehicle model description are newly added mandatory requirements. A typical case shows that a certain brand of brake pads was recalled because it was not marked with the applicable vehicle model.
7.6 Packaging Information Specifications
Specify 16 packaging identification elements, with special emphasis on:
- Imported accessories need to add origin information
- Repackaging products must be marked with repackaging company information
- The validity period label uses the year-month-day format
Enterprise compliance implementation suggestions
Construction of traceability system
According to the requirements of Article 13.4, it is recommended to implement it in three steps:
- Primary stage: Use the GS1 coding system to achieve basic traceability
- Intermediate stage: Connect with the national platform to achieve data interoperability
- Advanced stage: Deploy blockchain technology to prevent tampering
Quality assurance system
Based on Articles 4.1.4-4.1.5, the following should be established:
- Three-level quality inspection system: incoming inspection/in-warehouse inspection/outbound inspection
- Quality commitment template: including minimum warranty period requirements
- Abnormal accessories isolation area: accounting for no less than 5% of the storage area

Article 8.10 of the standard clearly requires:
- Temperature monitoring during transportation (0-45℃)
- Emergency equipment such as fire blankets
- Mechanical impact is prohibited during loading and unloading
Chemical accessories
According to Article 4.3.4, it is necessary to:
- Prepare SDS safety data sheet
- Storage must comply with the isolation requirements of GB 15603
- Transport vehicles must be equipped with leakage prevention devices
