Key indicator technical description
Parental breeding characteristics:The female fish needs to have a swollen and soft abdomen (egg diameter ≥ 0.5cm), and the male fish should discharge semen by lightly pressing the abdomen. The water temperature during the breeding period needs to be controlled in the range of 10-15℃.
Seedling classification:The standard clearly defines 7 size gradients with a body length of 9-18cm, corresponding to a weight of 9.38-54.68g, of which the 15cm size fish should be controlled at 24-28 per kilogram.
Implementation Difficulties and Countermeasures
Case: In 2021, a farm in Hebei Province suffered a 35% mortality rate of seedlings due to excessively high water temperature (>18°C) during transportation. Article 8.2.2 of the standard clearly stipulates that the water temperature for transportation should be maintained at 10-15°C, and it is recommended to adopt a composite temperature control solution of foam box + ice pack.
