This standard systematically integrates the corrugated plate attachment base application technology for the first time, and accurately controls the ratio of the attachment base surface area to the pool bottom area in the range of 8:1-25:1. In the seedling cultivation stage, the following innovative proposals were made:

• Adopt the gradient temperature rise method (0.5-1℃ per day) to promote the maturation of ginseng
• Establish a natural ginseng harvesting standard with a gonad index ≥ 10%
• Original yeast-algae mixed feeding program (2.0×10⁴-4.0×10⁴ cells/mL)

Key Points for Disease Prevention and Control

Based on the practical data of the Yellow Sea Fisheries Research Institute, it is recommended that:

1. Use bleaching powder (5-20mg/L) to disinfect the water every 3-5 days
2. Maintain a water depth of more than 2m during the high temperature period in summer to buffer temperature fluctuations
3. Establish a regular removal mechanism for harmful organisms such as starfish and crabs

Optimize economic benefits

Improve survival rate through graded breeding:

• During the juvenile stage (20-40 heads/kg), the density is controlled at 15,000-30,000 heads/m³
• Gradually reduce to 400-15,000 heads/m³ during the young stage (2-20 heads/kg)
• Use a reef + net bag combined release technology during the adult stage
