Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, labeling, packaging, transportation and storage of salted jellyfish skins and salted jellyfish heads. This standard applies to non-ready-to-eat processed products of edible jellyfish such as jellyfish (Rhopilema esculenta) and yellow-spotted jellyfish (Rhopilema hispidum) that have been dried with salt alum.
