Scope

1.1 This standard specifies the safety and hygiene requirements for the design, manufacture, installation, transportation and electrical equipment of peeling, peeling and film removal machinery (see Figures 1 to 5). The peeling machine mentioned in this standard refers to the peeling machine with toothed rollers, pressing rollers and knives; the peeling and film removing machine refers to the peeling and film removing machinery with conveying rollers, discharge rollers and knives. This standard applies to machines that use knives to skin, peel and remove fish or meat. This standard does not apply to household and desktop peeling, peeling, and film removal machines.
