本部分适用于进行病原筛查和疾病的确诊。其中核型多角体基因保守序列法仅适用于对虾，包括对虾活体、粪便，以及冰冻和冰鲜虾产品的MBV的筛查和疾病的初步诊断。单独使用时不适于对病毒量或感染活性的估测以及宿主感染程度的评估。

Scope

This part of SC/T 7202 specifies the principles, reagents and materials, instruments and equipment, operating procedures and result determination of the PCR detection method for baculovirus disease in Penaeus monodon. This section is suitable for pathogen screening and disease diagnosis. Among them, the nuclear polyhedron gene conserved sequence method is only applicable to the screening and preliminary diagnosis of MBV in shrimps, including live shrimps, feces, and frozen and chilled shrimp products. When used alone, it is not suitable for estimating viral load or infectious activity and assessing the extent of host infection.
