本标准规定了海洋、海岸工程等建设项目对海洋生物资源影响评价的总则、海洋生物资源现状调查和评价、工程对海洋生物资源的影响评价、生物资源损害赔偿计算方法和保护措施。本标准适用于在中华人民共和国的内海、领海、滩涂以及中华人民共和国管辖的一切其他海域内海洋、海岸工程等项目对海洋生物资源影响评价。

Scope

This standard stipulates the general principles for the impact assessment of marine and coastal engineering projects on marine living resources, the investigation and evaluation of the current status of marine living resources, the impact assessment of projects on marine living resources, biological resource damage compensation and compensation calculation methods and protection measures. This standard applies to the assessment of the impact of marine and coastal engineering projects on marine living resources in the inland seas, territorial seas, tidal flats of the People's Republic of China and all other sea areas under the jurisdiction of the People's Republic of China.
