Cationic emulsified asphalt

1 Subject content and applicable scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, storage and transportation requirements of cationic emulsified asphalt.

This standard is applicable to cationic emulsified asphalt produced by emulsifying petroleum asphalt for road pavement with emulsifier and water.

For the purpose of this standard, the products are applicable to road pavement.
