Introduction

Analysis of Standard Technology Evolution

Version Comparison Dimensions 2004 Edition 2020 Edition
Standard Integration SH/T 1492 and 1548 are Separate The Two Standards Are Merged and Unified
Detection Scope 1,3-Butadiene is Not Included New ≥10mL/m³ Detection Requirements
Carrier Gas Type Hydrogen Changed to Nitrogen

Key instrument configuration requirements

Chromatographic system needs to be configured:

  • Al2O3 PLOT capillary column (0.32/0.53mm inner diameter)
  • Flame ionization detector (FID)
  • Liquid injection valve (0.5μL quantitative tube) or gas injection valve (0.25mL quantitative tube)

Key points of method implementation

Operation process of correction area normalization method

  1. Standard sample determination to obtain relative mass correction factors of each component (the difference between two measurements is ≤5%)
  2. The sample is injected twice in parallel
  3. The impurity content is calculated according to the formula:
    wi = (Aifi/ΣAifi) × (100.00 - w0)

Quality control requirements

  • Regularly analyze certified standards (frequency ≥1 time/month)
  • Chromatographic column performance verification (separation ≥1.5)
  • Repeatability control:
    Impurity≤0.01% RSD≤20%
    Purity≥99% Absolute difference ≤ 0.04%
