本标准规定了石油化工装置板式塔的塔盘及其部件的机械设计（包括结构和强度设计）、制造、预组装、验收、包装、安装、检验和测试。对于不同流程塔盘间的再分配挡板、塔釜挡板和特殊结构塔盘等也可参照执行。
本标准适用于石油化工装置板式塔塔盘的设计、制造、安装和检验，不适用于填料塔的填料支撑、集油箱和盘式分配器等。

Scope

This specification specifies the technical requirements for the mechanical design (including structural and strength design), manufacturing, pre-assembly, acceptance, packaging, installation, inspection and testing of plate towers for petrochemical plants and their components. This specification is applicable to the design, manufacture, installation and inspection of plate tower trays for petrochemical plants. It is not applicable to the packing supports, oil collection tanks and disc distributors of packed towers.
