本标准适用于石油炼制、石油化工以及以煤为原料制取燃料和化工产品的工厂新建、扩建和改建的工艺装置的工艺流程图、工艺管道及仪表流程图（P&ID）和公用系统管道及仪表流程图（UID）的设计。

Scope

This standard specifies the legend symbols that should be used in the design of process flow diagrams (PFD), process piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID), and utility system piping and instrumentation diagrams (UID). This standard applies to the process flow diagrams, process piping and instrumentation flow diagrams (P&ID) and utility system piping and process equipment of newly built, expanded and renovated process units in petroleum refining, petrochemicals and coal-based plants that produce fuels and chemical products.
