本规范适用于石油化工企业新建的、采用深冷法空分设备制取氮气和氧气的大、中型空分装置的氮氧系统设计。现有氮气、氧气系统的改建和扩建工程设计可参照执行。


Scope

This specification stipulates the layout, scale, product specifications and equipment determination of the air separation unit, the design of process pipelines, the design principles of the automatic control system, and the storage and transportation requirements of nitrogen and oxygen. This specification is applicable to the design of nitrogen and oxygen systems of large and medium-sized air separation units newly built by petrochemical enterprises that use cryogenic air separation equipment (hereinafter referred to as "air separation equipment") to produce nitrogen and oxygen. The design of reconstruction and expansion projects for existing nitrogen and oxygen systems can be implemented with reference to this. This specification does not apply to devices that use pressure swing adsorption or membrane separation technology to produce nitrogen and oxygen.
