1.0.1 The code is applicable to engineering design for handling, storage and transportation, formulation and addition facilities of conventional oil additives in newly-built refineries, while the extension engineering may comply with this, too. It is not applicable to engineering design for additive production plant.
1.0.2 Variety and quantity for the additives shall be determined according to requirement for production program.
1.0.3 When implementing, this standard shall comply with specifications for current relevant compulsory standards.
