1.0.1 This standard is formulated with a view to unify the calculation method for design energy consumption of petrochemical engineering construction projects (hereinafter referred to as "energy consumption").
1.0.2 This standard is applicable to calculation for design energy consumption of construction, renovation and extension engineering in oil refining, chemical engineering, plant complex of fertilizer and chemical fiber enterprise, equipment, auxiliary system and utilities system, as well as calculation for practice energy consumption after the projects put into production and acceptance.
1.0.3 When implementing, this standard shall comply with specifications for current relevant compulsory standards.
