本规程规定了石油化工工程乙烯裂解炉和制氢制化炉的施工要求和质量标准。
本规程适用于石油化工工程中乙烯装置箱形管式裂解炉和制氢装置箱形管式蒸汽转化炉的施工。其他石油化工装置中的箱形管式炉的施工可参照本规程执行。

Scope

This regulation stipulates the construction requirements and quality standards for ethylene cracking furnaces and hydrogen conversion furnaces in petrochemical projects. This procedure is applicable to the construction of box-shaped tubular cracking furnaces for ethylene units (hereinafter referred to as cracking furnaces) and box-shaped tubular steam reformers for hydrogen production units (hereinafter referred to as reforming furnaces) in petrochemical engineering. The construction of box-shaped tube furnaces in other petrochemical plants can be carried out with reference to this procedure.
