Scope

This regulation stipulates the construction technology and technical requirements for hoisting large-scale petrochemical equipment. This procedure is applicable to the hoisting of large equipment in new construction, reconstruction, and expansion projects of petrochemical enterprises and enterprises that use coal as raw material to produce fuels and chemical products.
