本规程规定了设备设计温度高于-20℃、管道设计温度高于-29℃的铬镍奥氏体钢、奥氏体-铁素体(双相)不锈钢、铁镍合金和镍合金焊接材料、焊接工艺评定、焊工考试、焊接工艺、焊接检验和焊后处理的要求。
本规程适用于石油化工工程建设项目设备和管道焊条电弧焊、钨极气体保护焊、熔化极气体保护焊及埋弧焊的焊接施工。


Scope

This regulation specifies chromium-nickel austenitic steel, austenitic-ferritic (bidirectional) stainless steel, iron-nickel alloy and nickel alloy welding materials with equipment design temperature higher than -20°C and pipeline design temperature higher than -29°C. Requirements for welding procedure qualification, welder examination, welding procedures, welding inspection and post-weld treatment. This procedure is applicable to the welding construction of equipment and pipeline arc welding, gas tungsten arc welding, gas metal arc welding and submerged arc welding in petrochemical engineering construction projects.
